Our website Maintenance plan includes a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet your website’s needs. Depending on the plan chosen, these services may include:
Our Monthly Maintenance Plan operates on a subscription basis, with payments processed monthly via direct debit. By default, subscriptions are set to auto-renew annually unless the customer contacts us to change it.
We aim to provide prompt and efficient service to our clients. Support requests will be acknowledged within 12 hours, and client-requested updates will be handled as soon as possible. Please note that complex requests may incur additional costs. The timeline for completing updates depends on the scope of changes required.
No cancellation is permitted within the first year of the contract unless the client pays a buy-out fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining contract value. Additionally, clients will not receive any website files if cancellation occurs within the first year.
After the first year, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Please note that cancellation or termination of services also includes any associated email services. If a website is terminated, a £25 reactivation fee will apply within the first 28 days of termination. After this period, the reactivation fee will increase to £50.
Warranties and Liability
While we warrant that all services provided will be of professional quality, we cannot be held liable for any consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the UK. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
